I love this hibachi place! They have great lunch specials if you go earlier in the day! They have Japanese sodas although sometimes it's hard to communicate to let them know if you have an allergy so just be patient with them and let them know before they start cooking your food!

The restaurant was dead upon arrival, but that's fine with us! We were sat quickly and drink orders taken. The food was good, with some funky fun rolls to try! I had the kiss of fire which is served on fire, wrapped in foil, and was very good. Baked scallop roll was also a hit. Calamari looked like onion rings and were the size of onion rings, which proved to make them incredibly difficult to eat since squid tends to be a tougher chew, but the batter and overall flavor was there. Huge bar inside and look forward to returning with family and friends for a birthday dinner in the future.

Good food, but a little on the pricey side. I came here with friends, and I love that they were able to seat us relatively quickly even though we had a huge group! As some of them wanted hibachi, we sat at the cooking area. As I don't really eat fish and wasn't sure if the others were planning on getting some, I decided to get the chicken fried rice - and let's just say I'm in love. The rice was so flavorful but not greasy, the chicken was tender, and overall it was a really good meal. The only reason I knocked off a star is because I found it rather expensive, especially since it was part of their regular kitchen menu and not hibachi. I had a great time and would definitely love to try their hibachi as well one day!

We came here for happy hour and had quite a pleasant experience! It's so nice to have a sushi place here in the village. The restaurant is split into three areas: hibachi, sushi bar, and regular tables. The hibachi was quite busy on a Friday night, so reservations are probably a good idea. The regular tables were fine to get seated. The happy hour menu is quite extensive and surprisingly good options. We started with the fried calamari - very different from what we are used to. It is a tempura batter, and there were only 6-7 rings of calamari, onion-ring sized. Some pieces were tender, but others were quite chewy. The dipping sauce was your regular sweet tempura dipping sauce which was delicious. Other than the chewiness, it was enjoyable. We ordered a few rolls including the shrimp tempura crunch roll, eel avocado roll, and salmon rolls. The salmon was not as fatty and fresh as some other sushi restaurants such as friends sushi, but the amount of fish for the roll proportion was good. The eel avocado roll ended up coming out as eel cucumber, which was unfortunate, as I do prefer avocado with mine. The shrimp crunch roll was our favorite of the evening, with crab mix as well as tempura shrimp. The shrimp is a smaller shrimp, so don't expect too much of it. The crunch was tiny little flakes scattered over the top of the roll, and the eel sauce was a good combination. Our waiter asked if we wanted our check while we were only halfway through our dinner, which was strange. We also still had drinks which were almost full. They had plenty of empty tables too so i don't think they were trying to push us out - perhaps just a misunderstanding, and we didn't mind too much it was just a bit odd. We will certainly be back, as I would like to see if the salmon is better on a different day.
